Step-by-step Instruction and Payment Methods
1. There are many ways to start the process of engaging our services. You may first want to consult us or provide us with some information for us to evaluate your situation. Please go to home page and select the method to contact us and the form to submit to us.
2. Once we are contacted, we will provide you with a preliminary analysis of your case and quote you a fee and cost for our service.
3. If agreed, we will email you a retainer agreement for you to sign and return it with your payment.
4. Payment may be in the form of personal check, cashier's check, money order, or wire transfer, made payable to the Law Offices of Michael Y. Lo.
5. To speed up the process, you can tender online payment through paypal.com If you have not already opened an account with paypal, you may do so by signing up directly at their website, using a credit card or a bank account. Payment should be send to our Paypal account at Michael@lolaw.com. If you are not familiar with Paypal, please go to their website for more information.
6. Depending on the services provided, we can either continue our services by email, online or using the traditional method. Most of the forms, questionnaires, etc. we use are Microsoft Word files and can be emailed to you as attachment. You can then fill them out using a Word program and email them back. Obviously, you may also print it, fill them out by hand, mail or fax back for further processing.
7. We certainly welcome in office consultation, and/or telephone contact. You have the option to choose which way we may serve you better.
